Why become a member?

The Galloway Ridge Civic Association, Inc. was formed for residents, by residents to encourage community relations through special events and neighborhood committees. The GRCAI was established to foster community spirit, provide family events that bring neighbors together, and enrich the lives of the residents of Galloway Ridge.

  • It’s an easy way to meet new people.
  • By becoming a member you’re helping to keep our community strong and vibrant and make it a place people want to live.
  • You’re supporting “community” with your membership which allows for events that foster neighborhood unity.

What do I get for becoming a member?

 Becoming a member is easy. Membership in the GRCAI is limited to any adult who owns or resides within the Galloway Ridge subdivision. An adult is defined as any person who has attained the age of eighteen (18) years. Any resident meeting the above criteria is eligible for membership by simply paying a nominal annual membership fee and staying in good standing.

By paying annual membership dues to the Association you are entitled to:

  • A Galloway Ridge Civic Association Membership Card
  • Voting privileges at the Annual meetings.
  • Run for and hold office
  • Attend all Board and committee meetings as a non-voting member with the exception of the Executive Committee, which is limited to members of the Executive Committee and invited guests in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
  • Access to the GRCA website forums.
  • Business Members also receive free advertising space.
  • Periodic Newsletter
